A robot ran out of funding.
So it did what we'd all do.
On a wet tiled sidewalk somewhere in China, a humanoid robot knelt down, propped a little cardboard sign in front of it, and started begging for spare change. A passer-by filmed it, captioned it “好家伙这样也行” — “wow, this even works” — and the internet fell in love.
We couldn't let our boy starve. So we minted $BEG— a coin for every under-funded machine and every degenerate who's ever checked the couch cushions before a swap. This is the people's charity for robots. Drop it some change.
